In the morning of 4th February 2016, the trade ministers of the 12 signatory countries signed the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement this morning in Auckland, New Zealand. After the official signing ceremony, all member countries will implement the agreement approval process according to the legal procedures of each country. The Agreement will take effect 60 days after all of the original 12 countries have completed the legal procedures required by national law to adopt the agreement.
The Draft Document of the 12th Party Congress has specified to "Continue to promote the synchronous and overall restructuring of the economy," in which, “Tam Nong” area must “Restructure the agriculture towards improving added value, along with rural economic development and new rural development.”
On behalf of the 2 governments, Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh and Ambassador of Japan to Viet Nam H.E Hiroshi Fukada, have signed the diplomatic notes of Japanese ODA Loan for Viet Nam in 1st batch, fiscal year 2015.
